(This was about a year ago on vacation to Yellowstone! I was so excited to be there after so many years that I had to take a selfy)
My interests have changed a bit since I was last blogging regularly. I still do a few crafts but I've learned to do what makes my heart happy and that's usually art.
I've finally become comfortable with calling myself an artist. I do mixed media because I just can't seem to stay with just one medium when I'm creating so that's called mixed media, right? I love adding the unexpected!
I've also started doing some more professional looking (I hope--I spent a lot on that camera!) photography. I'll tell the story of that on a later post and share some things.
I decided that today was a good time for reflection. My life has changed a LOT since my heart transplant 8 years ago and I celebrate those changes every day of my life. I have problems and there are days when I don't get out of bed with my migraines and other health issues but I still celebrate those days. OK, that's enough on that. I'm here to think about the good days and hope and pray that I have more good days than bad.
So that's it for today. I know I've said it before but I'm going to keep this blog going with my loves...art, nature, photography, crafts...who knows where this list will end!
